When nonfiction and scientific data collide with the walls of psychological manipulation of the population, the narrative becomes the tool to undo the limits of the reaction. Symbiotic fiction acts on the mindset by reaching the reader’s cognitive defenses. Narration that allows you to experience the collapse of the Anthropocene and the birth of the Symbiocene. It shows concrete scenarios in which humanity reorganizes into symbiotic forms, making change imaginable and therefore possible. THE OBSERVATORY OF THE BIODIVERSITY: The archivists of the Living
Manul (The Non-Human Archivist): The Cat of Pallas, biological guide of the sym-fi universe. He observes and comments on the events narrated with lucidity; the origin of the species Otocolobus dates back eight million years. Unscathed survivor thanks to the ability to react and adapt to the state of emergency of the territory, activated the vital evolutionary mechanisms.

Philosophical and biological evolution of fiction not only as entertainment but a tool on a scientific basis, which overcomes anthropocentrism to integrate biological and ecological awareness.
The effectiveness of DIPTYCH is based on the mirror scene, supported by modern environmental psychology. The emotional hook – Anthropocene – describes reality, the symbiotic catarsis presents the same scenario rehabilitated by the principles of the Symbiocene. The existential threat confronts the alternative of viable change. Once the contrast is made tangible, it acts to the pain caused by the loss of its habitat.
Scientific nonfiction has mapped the climate crisis and disseminated the data collected to guide politics and counter scientific denialism. Although the climate emergency has taken over the daily life, it does not overcome the emotional paralysis of the public. The fragmented collective response in movements does not translate into mass participation.
The transition to the Symbiocene is not based on the activation of the imaginary, but on the discovery of having the world of desires under the house. It doesn't change the planet, it changes the way it lives.

The MYTH is depicted by the iconic Manul, the cat of Pallas. Proud of its wild independence, it monitors the territory, represents the fragility of ecosystems, observes us and questions us about our responsibilities.
The environmental humanities aim to transform the abstract concept into a desirable future and face the climate crisis by resorting to cognitive-environmental stimulus in a ‘BIOLOGICAL-RELATIONAL’ key.
